Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders as shown above. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
International Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside of Sweden, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. AKIMS is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
