AKIMS — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love how you feel in your AKIMS pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at akims.shop@yahoo.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, shapewear, bodysuits, and all intimate garments must have the hygiene liner or protective strip intact to be eligible for return. Items returned without this will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at akims.shop@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items with the hygiene liner removed

Exchanges

We recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at akims.shop@yahoo.com.
